Infinity Resolve was built on a simple belief: disputes deserve a faster, calmer, and more human path to resolution than the courtroom alone can offer.
Based in Kolkata, Infinity Resolve is an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform that brings disputing parties together — not across a courtroom, but across a secure video conferencing table — with the guidance of trained neutrals in Mediation, Reconciliation, and Arbitration

Our approach rests on three ideas, and they double as our name for a reason:
Resolve — We help both sides move past the dispute itself and focus on reaching a workable outcome, guided by a neutral third party rather than an adversarial process.
Reconcile — Many disputes, especially between families, business partners, and long-standing associates, aren't just about the issue on paper. We create the space for parties to genuinely reconcile, not merely settle.
Reinforce — Once an agreement is reached, we help ensure it holds. Settlements reached through our platform can be documented and registered according to the law of the relevant state, and where court proceedings are already underway, the points of amicable settlement can be filed to help close the case faster.
Why We Exist
India's legal system already recognizes that litigation shouldn't always be the first resort. Under the Legal Services Authorities Act and the Commercial Courts Act, pre-litigation mediation is mandatory for many categories of commercial disputes before a case can even be filed. Yet most people don't know where to begin, or assume mediation means sitting in an unfamiliar office with strangers.
Infinity Resolve removes that friction. Parties can join a session from their own home or office, at a scheduled time, with a professional mediator, conciliator, or arbitrator guiding the conversation — without the cost, delay, or formality of a physical courtroom.

When I look at India's courts today, I see a system straining under the weight of millions of pending cases — disputes that could often be resolved in weeks, taking years instead. That gap between people and justice is what led us to build Infinity Resolve.
Online Dispute Resolution isn't a shortcut around the law; it's a return to something the law has always encouraged — parties sitting together, in good faith, to resolve their differences before escalating to litigation. What technology now allows us to do is remove the barriers of distance, cost, and formality that once made mediation feel out of reach.
