A Faster Way to Resolve, Reconcile, and Reinforce Your Dispute
Not every dispute needs a courtroom. At Infinity Resolve, we offer a structured, secure, and entirely online path to resolving conflicts — built around three core Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, delivered virtually, and backed by legal validity when it matters most
Commercial, Banking and Business Disputes
contract disagreements, partnership disputes, vendor and payment conflicts, and breach-of-agreement matters.
Family and Matrimonial Disputes
-
where privacy and a calmer process matter as much as the outcome itself.
Property and Tenancy Disputes
-
disagreements between landlords, tenants, co-owners, or neighbours.
Consumer Disputes
issues with goods, services, refunds, or agreements between consumers and businesses.
General Civil Disputes
any matter where both parties are open to resolving the issue outside of prolonged litigation
Our Three Pillars of Dispute Resolution

1. Online Mediation
A trained, neutral mediator facilitates a conversation between both parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable solution. Sessions are conducted over secure video conferencing, so both sides can participate from the comfort of their home or office — no travel, no courtroom, no waiting years for a hearing date. Mediation is voluntary and informal, and remains non-binding until both parties formally agree to the terms.

2. Reconciliation
Some disputes — particularly within families, business partnerships, and long-term professional relationships — need more than a settlement; they need genuine reconciliation. Our reconciliation process focuses on rebuilding understanding between parties, not just resolving the immediate issue, so that agreements are more likely to hold in the long run.

3. Online Arbitration
When both parties prefer a definitive, binding outcome rather than a negotiated settlement, arbitration provides that structure. A neutral arbitrator or panel reviews both sides of the dispute and delivers a binding decision — functioning much like a court judgment, but conducted online, privately, and typically far faster than the traditional court system.
