### 1. INTRODUCTION
Infinity Resolve ("we," "us," or "our") operates an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform providing mediation, reconciliation, and arbitration via digital channels and video conferencing at www.infinityresolve.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy details how we handle personal information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described herein.
### 2. DATA COLLECTION PRACTICES
#### 2.1 Information Stored on the Site
The Platform serves primarily as an informational interface. It directly stores:
• Scheduling Data: Names, contact details, and session status.
• Inquiry Submissions: Contact form details (name, email, phone, message).
• Technical Data: Automated usage and technical logs.
#### 2.2 Substantive Case Information
To ensure security, substantive dispute materials are managed outside the direct Site infrastructure:
• Google Drive: All case documents, evidence, and draft agreements are stored in restricted folders accessible only to relevant parties and authorized personnel.
• Email Systems: Correspondence is hosted on servers located in India to satisfy data localization requirements under the DPDP Act.
• Video Conferencing: Audio and video data from active dispute sessions.
• Payments: Transactions are handled by third-party processors; no full card details are stored on our servers.
#### 2.3 Automated and Third-Party Data
We collect technical data (IP addresses, browser types) via cookies and may receive case-relevant information from legal representatives or opposing parties.
### 3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We process your data to:
• Administer mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Communicate scheduling and platform updates.
• Verify identity and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory mandates.
### 4. LEGAL BASIS AND CONSENT
Processing is based on your explicit Consent and Legitimate Use (responding to your requests). You may withdraw consent at any time via info@infinityresolve.com, though this may impact our ability to continue active case services.
### 5. CONFIDENTIALITY PROTOCOLS
Case information is strictly confidential. Access is limited to the parties involved, the appointed neutrals, and essential administrative staff. Disclosures only occur when legally mandated or to enforce reaching settlements.
### 6. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with:
• Appointed Neutrals (Mediators/Arbitrators).
• Operational Service Providers (Google Drive, India-based email hosting, video tools).
• Legal Authorities (when required by law).
NOTE: While email is stored within India, Google Drive may utilize global servers. We take steps to ensure these transfers meet legal standards.
### 7. SECURITY AND RETENTION
• Site Data: Protected by standard web access controls.
• Case Files: Restricted-access folders with strict link sharing.
• Localized Email: Stored on Indian territory per the DPDP Act.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the resolution process or legal record-keeping, after which it is securely deleted.
### 8. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Under Indian law, you have the right to:
1. Access your personal data.
2. Correct inaccurate information.
3. Withdraw consent.
4. Request data erasure (subject to legal retention requirements).
